Accommodations at the Commons

The Vanderbilt University Office of Conferences is offering on campus housing during the 2016 Commencement activities. Commencement guests will have the opportunity to stay in Hank Ingram House, one of the most beautiful, state-of-the-art residence halls on campus. Nightly rates are only $99 per night, single or double occupancy. Rooms are available for the nights of May 11, 12 and 13, 2016. There is no minimum night stay required. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The Hank Ingram House is fully ADA compliant. View more information about Accommodations at the Commons. The reservation deadline is May 10, 2016.

Commodore Ballroom Buffet Lunch

The reservation deadline is Tuesday, April 26, 2016.  
Avoid making lunch reservations off campus and enjoy our upscale buffet lunch in the Commodore Ballroom at the Student Life Center.

Reservations will be accepted for Friday, May 13, 2016 beginning at 12 p.m.
You may choose to be seated at 12:00 p.m., 12:30 p.m., 1:00 p.m., 1:30 p.m., or 2:00 p.m. 

PRICE: Adults: $55 per person plus tax
Children: (ages 6-12) $12 per person plus tax
Children 5 and under - no charge

*Cocktail packages may be added to any reservation or bottles of champagne for the tables.
Cocktail Package: $15 per person plus tax
Bottle of Champagne:  $18 per person plus tax

Vanderbilt Value Meals

The reservation deadline is Friday, May 6, 2016.  

Enjoy the experience of dining like your student did – with the award-winning Campus Dining. Eat at Rand Dining Center for breakfast, lunch, or both on May 12 and 13. Pre-purchase meals at a discounted price of $8/meal. Rand Dining Center offers a huge variety of dishes such as build-your-own-salads, fresh deli sandwiches, Mexican, barbeque, burgers, soup, baked goods, comfort food, and much more.  To-go meals are available.
