Utilities are divided among three roommates and due to month to month a $ 100 utility deposit is required. Walk to 5 Points and other venues within a 2 block area.
No smoking, pets or drama and must be a reasonably clean roommate. First month's rent and equal deposit are due with a month to month lease term and minimum 2 months. A longer term is possible.
