Now, October 4 2003. This time, images, photos of small objects, and texts are being posted on a dedicated website. The theme NOW is meant to provoke reflection on the manifold experience of time, the different orders of the present, the difference between my now and our now, and on the distinct ways in which art, poetry and philosophy can give voice to this complexity.

A counterpart to the burial site is this WEBsite, where can be found:

  • images and texts corresponding to the contents of the chronopod
  • a visual record of the event, and surrounding objects and events
  • other material illuminating and discussing the 'philosophy' of the chronopod and other art-events.

This WEBsite is an extension of Robert Smithson's sense of the NONsite (complement to the site).
