Wendy M. Garrard is a doctoral student in Community Psychology and Quantitative Psychology at Peabody College of Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. She has conducted multi-site evaluations in several topic areas including a School-to-Work initiative for adolescents, conflict resolution programs for youth and adults, and supported employment programs for disadvantaged adult populations. Her current research interests are prevention of antisocial behavior in youth and program evaluation methodology.
