* Graduate students create voice-over powerpoint tutorials for each upcoming VICB seminar. We invite you to view the tutorials and or enter the online discussion for each seminar.
How to Add the VCIB Seminar Course (one time only):
1. Login to OAK using your VU net ID and password.

2. In the upper left-hand corner of the screen, click the beige tab title COURSES
3. On the left-hand side of the screen, you will see a COURSE SEARCH BOX. Enter the entire course name below and click GO.

4. The BROWSE COURSE CATLOG screen will appear. Just above the gray line, to the bottom right is a small dialog box titled ENROLL. Click the link.
5. The next screen will appear, titled SELF ENROLL. Click submit and your done.
How to access Powerpoint Tutorials and discussion:
1. Login to OAK using your VU net ID and password.
http://www.vanderbilt.edu/oak
2. A list of courses that you teach or are enrolled in will appear. Select this course.
3. Select COMUNICATION from the TOOL BOX on the left-hand side of the screen.
4. Select Discussion Board from the list of options.
5. Click on the Blue link for each seminar of interest. The PowerPoint, voice over tutorial, should be the first item in the discussion.
