CareerLeader

 
CareerLeader is a web-based business assessment that helps students discover and explore career options by measuring their interests, motivations and abilities. This is used by more than 400 leading business schools around the world and helps students identify and explore opportunities in the world of business.
 

Steps to Using CareerLeader

Students wishing to use CareerLeader should first complete their ICAP and review it with a staff member during a Coaching Assessment Time.  (Please see Career Coaching for more details)

If CareerLeader is recommended, you will be given a password by VCC staff to access the site. The assessment takes about 45 minutes to take and the results are immediately available for viewing. Workshops are also available to discuss your results.  Please check the Events & Programs page for a list of days and times.
