What is CareerLink?
CareerLink is your link to Vanderbilt job and internship postings, on-campus interviews, and employer information sessions (
disclaimer). It is our online recruiting software where employers post job and internship opportunities. You can upload resumes and cover letters and use them to apply to opportunities you find in the system. You can also sign up for on campus interviews with employers that will be conducting interviews in the Career Center.
How do I register? If you have never accessed CareerLink, you may register for an account from the Career Center’s homepage at www.vanderbilt.edu/career. Just locate the CareerLink Login box and click on "New Student" to complete the registration form. After submitting the form, a link will be emailed to you. You will need to follow that link in order to verify your email address and complete the registration process. A Career Center staff member will then approve your account within one business day, and your login information will be emailed to you. After logging in, you will be able to change your password to something you can easily remember.
Vanderbilt Career Center Disclaimer
NACELINK Jobs on CareerLink The Vanderbilt Career Center (VCC) uses CareerLink as a database that connects employers and students for employment opportunities. Some job postings in this system are imported from NACELINK, a national recruiting networking alliance that includes the National Association of Colleges and Employers, DirectEmployers Association, and Symplicity Corporation.
Due Diligence The VCC does not screen or censor the listings offered through NACELINK and performs minimal due diligence in screening those employers that post directly through the VCC. As a result, the VCC makes no representations about positions listed on its website or within CareerLink and is not responsible for the safety, wages, working conditions, or other aspects of employment. It is the student’s responsibility to take the necessary precautions when interviewing or accepting positions, and he/she is responsible for obtaining necessary information concerning the employer.
Oversight The Vanderbilt Career Center abides by the principles set forth by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) and expects employers who use its services to adhere to EEO guidelines and abide by the VCC Non Discrimination Policy. Website Links The Career Center website contains links to other websites as a convenience for its users and is not responsible for the contents of any linked site. Anyone who discovers misuse, abuse, or other problems with our website is encouraged to report the matter to the VCC at careercenter@vanderbilt.edu.
