The Center recently launched a video conversation series for parents and students. This series of videos features Center staff sharing information on topics such as how parents can help students who may be struggling with finding their fit and if it's too late to find an internship for the summer. Thanks to recent enhancements to DoreWays, beginning Monday, August 20, all current Vanderbilt undergraduate students can now access the system using their VUnetID and ePassword!
DoreWays is the Center’s on-line resource where you can learn about and connect to professional opportunities on and off campus that will help you build competencies to be successful in the workplace. You can search for internship and job opportunities in different industries; experience the hiring process by applying and interviewing on campus with employers; sign-up for professional development workshops led by alumni or employers that provide insight into the workplace and skills needed to be competitive, search for learning labs offered on campus led by Center peer coaches, and much more!
Returning DoreWays Users: All previous activity and documents have been retained.
New Users: Login immediately, no need to create an account.

The Insiders Guide to On-Campus Recruiting
The Center for Student Professional Development wants to help you prepare for On-Campus Interviews and other recruiting activities. The Insiders Guide to On-Campus Recruiting was created to answer your questions and includes step-by-step instructions on how to prepare and apply for an on-campus interview.
You can also attend one of our Coaching Express drop-in sessions for a cover letter and resume critique or ask about next steps. Dates, times and locations listed below.
Once you've gotten your resume in order, you'll need to upload your file in DoreWays, our Web-based tool for searching and applying to internships and full-time opportunities. After you resume has been approved, you'll be able to apply to those opportunities that interest you. Check DoreWays frequently for new job and internship postings.
