The Vanderbilt Career Center is committed to working with you to develop win-win recruiting strategies. We recognize and appreciate that you make a significant investment of both time and money to recruit at Vanderbilt. Therefore, we strive to provide a flexible recruiting process that meets your needs. Our recruiting coordinator is happy to work with you to create a customized marketing plan.

Marketing your organization on campus

Your company’s employment opportunities will be marketed to Vanderbilt students through our weekly Emma email campaigns, as well as through targeted industry listservs. In addition, you can pursue one of the following options:

• Host an Information Session
  Provide more information about your organization and employment opportunities! Schedule an information session in our online career management system, CareerLink.
• Conduct On-Campus Interviews
  On-Campus Interviewing (OCI) gives employers and students opportunities to connect through on-site interviews in the Vanderbilt Career Center. Interviews are scheduled Monday through Friday during normal business hours (8:00 am – 5:00 pm) throughout the fall and spring recruiting seasons. Our Recruiting Coordinator is available to assist employers with logistics and scheduling.
• Reach out to students via Virtual Connections
  Resume Drops/Job Postings, Video Interviews, and Resume Books provide ways for you to have a presence with Vanderbilt students even if your schedule does not permit a campus visit at this time.
• Advertise with Student Media
  You may also choose to place an ad with our student media via the Newspaper, The Vanderbilt Hustler, or the on-line student community, InsideVandy. For more information about purchasing an ad with student media, please visit http://www.vscmedia.org/advertising.html.
• Serve as a Career Panelist or Mock Interviewer
  The Career Center hosts a number of workshops and panel presentations throughout the year that focus on a variety of topics from "How to Break into the Job Market?" to "What is Consulting?". Mock interviewing allows you to meet and network with students who have an interest in your field. To learn more about these opportunities, please contact our recruiting coordinator.
  
• Partner with Student Groups
  Vanderbilt University is home to more than 100 student organizations on campus. Meet with their leadership to see how your organization can help sponsor their next activity.
