Elizabeth Bennett Elizabeth Bennett graduated from Vanderbilt in May 2008 with a double major in Human and Organizational Development and Economics. While at Vanderbilt, she served as both Executive Vice President and Membership Education Vice President of Alpha Delta Pi sorority, as well as a VUceptor for three years. Additionally, she was the Co-Founder and President of the Vanderbilt undergraduate chapter of Net Impact, a group that strives to make a positive impact on society by building a community of new leaders who use business to improve the world. Ms. Bennett was also a member of Alpha Kappa Psi business fraternity, a participant of Alternative Spring Break, and a student leader in Every Nation Campus Ministries. In the Fall of 2007, she was recognized as a Top Ten Finalist for Vanderbilt’s Most Outstanding Senior Award. As a student, Ms. Bennett also participated in the Vanderbilt Internship Experience in Washington (VIEW) and was on the Student Planning Committee for the 2006 C.O.O.L./ Idealist National Conference hosted by Vanderbilt. Upon her graduation in May of 2008, Ms. Bennett was elected to a four year term as a Young Alumni Trustee. She briefly worked in the Office of Presidential Correspondence at the White House and currently resides in Johannesburg, South Africa where she is the Business Training Coordinator for a small non-profit dedicated to poverty alleviation. |
