Basic Course
Students with more than two years left in college can try the Basic Course without any military obligation. Participation is open to any full-time student attending Vanderbilt University or any of our participating colleges (Belmont University, Lipscomb University, Fisk University, Freewill Baptist Bible College, Aquinas College, Tennessee State University, American Baptist College, Volunteer State Community College, or Trevecca Nazarene University).
Advanced Course
To enroll in the Advanced Course, students must have two years remaining in college or graduate school, be physically and academically qualified, and willing to accept a minimum service obligation as an army officer after completion of all ROTC requirements.
