Shared Interest Groups

Shared interest groups provide an opportunity for Vanderbilt alumni to connect with each other through one or more of their former student activities, current professional interests, a religious affiliation or cultural passion. Once a group forms, you may start to plan events and pursue professional networking and other continuing education opportunities together, or simply stay in touch and share information with each other.

New interest groups are forming all the time.  Check out the listing below for current groups, and if you don’t see what you’re looking for, please let us know what group you are interested in starting .

Dores Across Nashville

Through Dores Across Nashville, Vanderbilt alumni and current students with common interests get together over a meal at the homes of Nashville-area alumni. Dores Across Nashville provides alumni a chance to build their connection with Vanderbilt by bringing them together with current students who are involved in the same activities they once enjoyed. Additionally, students are provided with the valuable opportunity to network with alumni and share common experiences.

If you are interested in hosting or participating in a Dores Across Nashville Dinner, please contact Bethany Glass or call (615) 322-4405.
