Reunion registration and confirmation

To register online, visit your class Web site:

1949, 1954, 1959, 1964, 1969, 1974, 1979, 1984, 1989, 1994, 1999, 2004, Quinqs

Name tags, parking information, tickets for your class party and tailgate tickets will be mailed upon receipt of your registration.

Confirmation packets for registrations received after October 2 will be available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, October 16, at the Reunion hospitality tent on Alumni Lawn.

Deadlines and payment information

Registration deadline is Monday, October 12. Only cash and checks will be accepted during Reunion weekend, October 16-17. To use Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover, please register online. For a full refund, you must notify the Reunion weekend office in writing by Friday, October 2.

Who’s attending, football tickets and hotels

Visit your class Web site for the current “planning to attend” list, Reunion hotel blocks and rates, and football ticket information. To request football tickets, please call (615) 343-7235. We have a limited number of game tickets available for alumni and Quinqs returning for Reunion. Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Limit of four tickets per alumnus/a.

Attire

Check your class invitation and class Web site for specific party attire. Generally, dress is casual and comfortable during the day and more festive for evening parties. Many events are outside, including the class parties, so please wear comfortable shoes.

Giving in honor of your Reunion

Please consider making a gift to Vanderbilt in recognition of your Reunion year. Your gift will count towards your class giving goals. Click here to make a gift online. If you have questions regarding disability-related needs or would like to request special accommodations, please contact the Reunion weekend office at (615) 322-6034 in advance of your visit.

Child care

Services that provide licensed sitters include Family Care Connections ((615) 371-0600 or Web site) and Nannies of Green Hills ((615) 673-1150 or Web site). These sitting services charge fees and require advance notice. Vanderbilt University and the Alumni Association assume no liability or responsibility for any child care services, including the ones listed above.

Campus tours and information sessions

The Office of Undergraduate Admissions holds daily group information sessions and/or campus tours. Information sessions will be at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Friday and at 10 a.m. Saturday. Campus tours start at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m on Friday, and at 11 a.m. on Saturday. Reservations are required for any group information session or campus tour, as space is limited. Call (800) 288-0432 or (615) 322-2561 to reserve your place; or reserve online. Specify that you are part of Reunion/Homecoming weekend.

Student Recreation Center

Alumni will have free use of the Student Recreation Center during Reunion/Homecoming weekend. The center
is open at these times:

Friday—5:30 a.m.–midnight
Saturday—9 a.m.–10 p.m.
Sunday—noon–11 p.m.
