Allen Breed

Following graduation from Vanderbilt University in 2004 with a degree in civil engineering, Allen taught first and third grades and coached upper school lacrosse and hockey at the Greenwich Country Day School in Greenwich, Conn. In 2006 Allen moved to Washington, D.C., and began a career in commercial real estate development as a development analyst for The JBG Cos., an investor and developer in the greater Washington D.C. real estate market. Allen also serves as an associate of the Nantucket Conservation Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the preservation of undeveloped land on Nantucket Island. This fall he will attend the MIT Sloan School of Management as a member of the class of 2011. Allen currently lives in Boston and in his free time enjoys offshore sailing, educational travel and 1980's music.
