John G. Geer, Distinguished Professor of Political Science
With the 2008 presidential election in full swing, Professor Geer will discuss the prospects for the two parties. He will talk about the parts of the system that work well and not so well. This discussion will not follow the lines of conventional wisdom and instead will offer different judgments about the workings of our electoral system.
