Jim Harris lives in Nashville with his wife Tracey Robinson Harris (BS ’95, MSN ’98) and two children: Laura, 4, and Gardner, who was born in September. After graduating from law school, Jim practiced commercial litigation for several years at McKool Smith, PC, in Dallas. In 2001, Jim and Tracey moved to New York City, where he helped establish CheckSpring, a Bronx-based bank concentrating on the underbanked. Upon returning to Nashville in 2003, he started Harris Title & Escrow, LLC, where he focuses on closing real estate transactions and real estate law. Jim enjoys tennis, skiing, and following Vanderbilt athletics.
