MillingJayne Ann Waggener Milling and Clay Milling were married in 1992 and live in Atlanta, Georgia. They have two sons, Clay (11) and Will (8). Clay received his BS in Economics in 1988 and then continued on to Vanderbilt’s School of Law, graduating in 1991. He is a currently a partner in the law firm Henry Spiegel Milling LLP. Jayne Ann received her BA in Human Development in 1988 and worked in marketing for several commercial real estate companies thereafter. She now divides her time among family, school and community commitments. Clay and Jayne Ann recently co-chaired a major capital campaign for their children’s elementary school, and they actively support the “Susan G. Komen for the Cure” breast cancer foundation, The Georgia Conservancy, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, and Visiting Nurse Hospice of Atlanta. They are members of Christ the King Catholic Cathedral.

In their free time, Clay and Jayne Ann enjoy playing tennis and watching their children’s sporting events.
