Julie Sommers Neuman is married to Larry Neuman and lives in Indianapolis.  They are the parents of two children, Charlie (9) and Catherine (6).  Julie divides her time between her family, various community service activites and consulting.  Julie received her BA from Vanderbilt University in 1983 and her JD from Northwestern University School of Law in 1986.  She practiced law in Chicago and Indianapolis and was most recently Chief Counsel for the Indiana Secretary of State.
