60th Reunion: The first on Vanderbilt’s campus!

On October 24 and 25, the Class of ’48 will experience the very first 60th Reunion on Vanderbilt’s campus! The 1948 Host Committee invites all ’48 classmates to make plans now for a great weekend with fantastic activities. The weekend will offer many opportunities to catch up with friends and catch a glimpse of Vanderbilt today!

Plan to arrive early on Friday to attend the Quinq Reunion Brunch, where you’ll have the opportunity to reconnect with all Quinqs. Afterwards, you can return to the classroom and attend one or more of the educational events sponsored by various Reunion 2008 classes. Later in the afternoon, Chancellor Nicholas S. Zeppos will give a University Update – don’t miss this exciting report on the university and the chance to hear from our newly appointed leader!

On Friday evening, all ’48 classmates are invited to a special 60th Reunion class party, held in Kirkland Hall! It will be the highlight of the weekend as classmates gather for a seated dinner and an evening of celebration in the heart of campus!

Finally, bring out your black and gold for Saturday’s Homecoming festivities – begin the day at the Homecoming Tailgate and then cheer the ‘Dores to victory over Duke!

So save the date for the first 60th Reunion – the Class of ’48 will set the standard for years to come!
