Save the date for Homecoming/Reunion 2008
Everyone is invited to campus for Homecoming/Reunion on October 24 - 25 to reconnect with friends and enjoy a weekend full of events, including educational events, Reunion class parties for graduating years ending in 8's and 3's, Homecoming Tailgate, and VU vs. Duke game.

Middle Eastern Cooking Class

Location: The home of a DC alumnus
Georgetown area, 0.6 miles from the Foggy Bottom metro station.
(Location details will be provided once registration is complete.)

Learn about the customs, history, and values of Middle Eastern culture through its cuisine. During this fun and informative cooking demonstration, culinary expert, Amy Riolo, will show you how to make a full menu of traditional Middle Eastern specialties.
Along with a complete dinner, a copy of each easy to follow recipe with cooking tips and cultural information will be provided.

Cost: $45.00

Menu:
*Eggplant Puree (Baba Ghanouj)
*Fattoush Salad
*Tahini Salad
*Beef and Cilantro Kofta
*Cardamom Shortbread Cookies

Appetizers and wine will also be served.

Featured Chef:
