Alumni Association Awards

The Alumni Professional Achievement Award recognizes Vanderbilt alumni who have distinguished themselves through their professional accomplishments, and whose contributions honor the legacy of excellence at Vanderbilt University. The candidate must demonstrate leadership and depth in their chosen professional activities, exemplary achievements rooted in their Vanderbilt education, and demonstrated commitment and goodwill toward Vanderbilt University.

The Early Career Professional Achievement Award is presented to an alumnus/alumna, age 40 or under at the time of nomination. This award is based upon a significant record of career achievement and a promise for future professional success. Recipients have been acknowledged by their peers for their outstanding work in their chosen field of endeavor.

The Vanderbilt Way Award recognizes alumni (individuals and groups) for outstanding recent volunteer service to Vanderbilt schools, alumni groups, and other university areas. The Vanderbilt Way embodies our Vanderbilt DNA to Dare to Grow-always growing together to fulfill our highest potential, in service to society and our vibrant global Vanderbilt community.
