Dear Commodores,

Welcome to the Greenville, S.C., Vanderbilt Chapter page! With over 630 local alumni and 34 current students, we have many opportunities to reunite with old friends as well as meet new fellow Commodores. We pride ourselves on supporting and representing Vanderbilt in our community and enjoy gathering for art exhibits and wine tastings, Commodore sports watching parties, and other social and educational events. Family and friends are always welcome to join in the fun! We'd love for you to be a part of our Commodore community, where we're always looking to connect and celebrate with alumni, current students and friends!

Over the past few years, we have hosted newly admitted students for a Summer Send Off Party, watched Vanderbilt men's basketball win in the SEC and held cocktail receptions at the Metropolitan Arts Council. More recent events include hearing Coach James Franklin speak. Check back often for updated events and activities.

We also annually present the Vanderbilt University Greenville, S.C. Vanderbilt Alumni Chapter Book award to approximately five rising seniors throughout the Upstate. These students demonstrate the leadership qualities we look for in our students and many recent award winners have matriculated to Vanderbilt.
