Dear Commodores,

Welcome to the metro Detroit Vanderbilt Chapter. This chapter is just being restarted in an effort to service the variety of alumni in southeast Michigan and beyond, spanning countless industries and markets from technology to automotive, services to products, and everything in between. This state has so much to offer from vibrant forests and lakes for outdoor activities, to competitive professional sports teams and supportive fans, and to growing industries in both established and emerging markets.

As an organization, we endeavor to coordinate with: incoming Vanderbilt undergraduate, graduate and professional students to aid in their start up process; current students to focus their performance and dynamically establish their future careers in Michigan; parents of students to understand what to expect and how to get the most out of their child's education; and alumni interested in job prospects, networking or reconnecting with their peers and colleagues.
