Dear Commodores,
Welcome to the Charleston, S.C. Vanderbilt Alumni Association page! Affectionately called "the holy city," we were recently voted as the No. 1 tourist destination in the U.S. and No. 3 in the world by the readers of Condé Nast Traveler magazine. Our city also offers great restaurants, a friendly atmosphere, some of the best beaches on the East Coast and a rich history with landmarks and architecture dating back to the early 1700s.
Being a relatively new chapter, we are eager to bring together the more than 500 Vanderbilt alumni currently living in the Charleston area, and we would love to hear any suggestions and ideas for social, networking or educational events.
