- American Cancer Society: This site provides tips on how to quit using all forms of tobacco.
- American Lung Association: Describes the benefits of quitting, provides an action plan for doing so, and contains a resource fact sheet, etc.
- About.com Smoking Cessation: This site contains articles about what will happen to your body as you go through nicotine withdrawal and describes how to help yourself quit.
