Rick Warner has been the primary point of contact for youth in the Opportunity Passport™ for several years.  In this capacity, Rick performed many transactions and helped solve problems that our participants may have had with their bank accounts.  The young adults in the Opportunity Passport™ knew they had one person they could call or visit for any of their banking needs, making banking a much less intimidating experience.  Rick was recently promoted to the Plaza Office’s Branch Manager!  Congratulations Rick!  We know you will continue to provide excellent customer service to our participants and other customers as well.

Oasis Center:

Susan Shaw has been with Oasis Center for two years.  In March 2008 she transitioned to the position of the Tennessee Youth Advisory Council (TYAC) coordinator.  Susan was previously the program coordinator for Oasis’ National Safe Place Program.  During that time, she traveled to metro schools and community events to speak to teens about the importance of safety in their homes and schools.  She had the opportunity to organize community events with local businesses to spread awareness about Safeplace and spoke to thousands of students each year.  Her hopes for working with the TYAC are to build a program that will live beyond the current council and serve hundreds of youth in the future.  Welcome Susan!
