Beyond Fish and Chips seeks to gain a deeper understanding of British culture. With a desire to learn about everything from the most popular British movies, television shows, and literature to traditional British meals and slang, the project will also allow for discovery of the similarities and differences between American and British cultures and societies.  The members of the group will also strive to take the knowledge and use it to challenge themselves into discovering their own beliefs, values, and social practices through exposure to another culture.
