The Balancing Act
Our Mayfield Living Learning Lodge project seeks to find strategies that will create a healthy balance in college life in order to optimize students’ well-being. We will introduce recommended healthy habits into our own lives to discover ways to strike a balance between work and play, activity and leisure, school and fun. We will then communicate with the Vanderbilt student community about the most effective and practical strategies for achieving a balance so that they can learn to adopt these into their daily lives. These plans encompass The Balancing Act’s internal and external goals, which are comprehensively illustrated on the following page.
