iHealth: Wellness and the Student
Student Wellness Programs
iHealth: Wellness and the Student has two core elements. First is a personal challenge among members to improve their own health. Each month, there will be a different theme that we will live by in order to explore the challenges of healthy living. Additionally, each member will have a personal health goal that they will work towards throughout the year. The second element is a mobile phone application to help Vanderbilt students improve their eating habits. This application will start as a simple nutrition calculator for campus dining halls on the iPhone platform. Throughout the year, we will expand the application to other platforms and add additional features that will make recommendations to students based on their personal health goals.
