Sustainability Through Food: Self, Community, and Environment

This members of this project will seek to educate themselves about the importance of sustainability and environmentally friendly ways to cook, to share what they learn with the Vanderbilt community, and to use their newly found culinary skills to benefit the greater Nashville community through service. The experience will be structured around monthly themes and varying weekly themes. Activities will include reading, film viewing, field trips, volunteering, and cooking.
