D.E.A.R. Vanderbilt will seek to study the negative effects of stress and the effectiveness of various relaxation methods. Additionally, this VIP group will educate itself and the Vanderbilt community about stress and proper coping methods.
A sample of programs includes: “Investigating Stress, What is Stress?,” “Yoga & Meditation,” “Aromatherapy & Massage Therapy,” “Music & Relaxation,” “Interactive Relaxation,” and “Exercise & Eating Healthily.”
