Our project will incorporate three critical aspects of a college student’s life: academics, service, and fitness. We will be completing a series of tests and studies to track the progress of our workout and dietary plans in the hopes of learning more about our bodies. The project will have three major steps along the way. First, we will learn about our bodies and how to live a healthy, fit lifestyle. Secondly, we will incorporate this new knowledge into our own lifestyles, and finally, we will teach the community around us to practice healthy standards of living. In essence, our goal is to elevate the standards of personal well being for ourselves and as many people around us as we can.
