All rooms in Kissam Hall are single rooms. The upper three floors are all residential spaces.

Currently the building houses approximately 82 upperclass students on all three of the residential floors with a staff member on each floor. The typical room measures 12'6" x 8'5".

The Area Maintenance Supervisor has an office on the first floor. Maintenance equipment for the building is also on the first floor.
