The Vanderbilt University housing system offers some of the finest physical facilities in American higher education. Our residence halls provide students with a wide variety of housing options:

• traditional rooms (single and double)

• apartments (efficiency, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom)
• Living/Learning Centers

Wireless network access

All residence halls are part of the ResNet system, providing students with wireless access to the campus computer network, both in their rooms and in many of the study lounges. You get fast, convenient accesss to email and the web.

Cable TV

All rooms in the Vanderbilt housing system feature TeleVU, the University's own cable television system. Simply connect your cable-ready television, VCR or DVD and you'll get ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, WB, UPN, HBO, HBO2, HBO Signature, BET, TNN, MTV, PBS, CNN, FOX News, CNBC, BBC America, ESPN, ESPN2, Discovery, A&E, USA, TNT and more. French, German, and Spanish language channels are also offered.

(Please bring instruction manuals to assist with installation. If your equipment is not cable ready or capable of carrying channels 2-90, you will need to purchase a converter box to receive all of the channels.)
