Follett Higher Education Group, who manages the Vanderbilt Bookstore, will offer students who are members of a military reserve or National Guard unit a full refund on required course textbooks and course materials, if they are activated into duty. Students who withdrew from classes prior to final exams and did not receive a grade, will be issued a full refund, if the request if accompanied by a copy of military orders or withdrawal form within 30 days from activation.
