His

the

Stephen
Wadley

serving
as academic
counselor
and
credentials
evaluator.
His
responsibilities
include

credentialing,
curricular
advising
and
coordination
and
support
of faculty
advising.
Previously
he served
as an
academic
counselor
for
the
Peabody
dean’s
office.
Donna
Cook
is now
serving
as office
assistant.
She
directs
students
and
assists
with
the
function
of the
registrar.
Previously,
she
was
an office
assistant
at Peabody
College.
Provost’s
Office
Virginia
Scott
is now
serving
as chair
of the
Department
of French
and
Italian.
She
previously
served
as associate
provost
Federal
Relations
Sarah
Walkling
has
been
hired
to serve
as associate
director
of federal
relations
in the
Washington,
D.C.
Office
of Federal
Relations.
She
will
serve
as Director
of Federal
Relations
Jeff
Vincent’s
deputy,
and
will
work
with
division
members
and
the
University
to help
advance
Vanderbilt’s
legislative
priorities
and
to represent
Vanderbilt
to Congress,
government
associations
and
think
tanks.
She
previously
served
as senior
Appropriations
Committee
legislative
assistant
to Rep.
Rosa
DeLauro
(D-Conn.)
where
she
worked
to secure
funding
for
research
and
education
programs
at Yale
University
and
other
schools.
Department
of Athletics
Eddie
Coates
has
been
hired
to serve
as the
assistant
coach
for
the
men’s
tennis
team.
Coates
previously
played
for
the
team
until
he graduated
in 2001.
