Response format and scale
All items in the scale use a Not true to Very true response format:
Not at all true = 1, A bit little true = 2, Somewhat true = 3, Often true
= 4, Mostly True=5, Completely True=6

Total scale scores range from 5 to 30. Higher scores indicate that the parent
reports using more reinforcement behaviors.
