Response format and scale
All items in the scale use a 6 point frequency response format: 1 = never; 2 = 1 or 2 times; 3 = 4 or 5 times; 4 = once a week; 5 = a few times a week; 6 = daily

Scale scoring
Total scale scores range from 6 to 36. Higher scores indicate more specific invitations from the child for involvement.
