Net day

Teachers, technology coordinators, school administrators and interested parents were invited to attend a free NetDay conference at Vanderbilt University's Social Religious Building Sept. 6. "How to Wire Your School: Ideas, Issues and Skills" featured sessions on networking technologies, planning and construction issues, getting the most from a server and using the Internet in the classroom. The workshop, part of a national, grass-roots volunteer effort to wire schools, was sponsored by Vanderbilt's Virtual School.
