Member of the media are invited to attend a speech by Federal Reserve Board Governor Edward W. Kelley Jr. March 25. Kelley will speak about Year 2000 (Y2K) bank policies and initiatives at 1 p.m. in the Averbuch Auditorium at Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management.
