1. Athletics Aide I- Monitors athletic areas and issues equipment. Answers telephone andprepare athletic schedules. Enforces rules and regulations. Doesroutine clerical jobs as directed. Sets up and maintains facilities andequipment. Performs related tasks as assigned.
2. Athletics Aide II(Sports Official) - Officiates/supervises intramural sports oractivities. Must have appropriate official's ranking. Performs relatedtasks as assigned.
3. AccountingAssistant - Performs accounting assignments varying in nature undergeneral supervision. Reconciles accounts, corrects errors, and preparesbudget reports. Requires use and knowledge of computerized accountingprograms. Performs related tasks as assigned.
4. Cashier -Receives money, makes change, gives receipts, and accounts for fundsreceived from customer purchases. May work as cinema, box office,popcorn room, gameroom, or other attendant. Performs related tasks asassigned.
5. Child CareAssociate - Cares for your children under general supervision.Conducts group and play activities. Prepares children's snacks;maintains play equipment and supplies. Performs related tasks asassigned.
6. Computer Operator -Operates or maintains computers or data processing equipment. Writessimple programs. May assist with computer programming problems, recordkeeping, and/or distribution of instructional materials. Performsrelated tasks as assigned.
7. Computer Programmer- Writes programs and assists with computer programming problems.Assist with record keeping and distribution of instructional material.Duties are of a skilled and technical nature. Requires previoustraining and/or programming experience. Performs related tasks asassigned.
8. Computer Technician- Assists in the development of hardware and/or software for datasystems. May develop html, Access, or other program files. May beresponsible for establishment and maintenance of local area networks,PC work stations, and/or other system operation requirements. Performsrelated tasks as assigned.
9. CustodialTechnician - Duties may include sweeping, dust-mopping, vacuuming,window washing, dusting, replenishing supplies. In addition, employeemay set up for events, move furniture or equipment, paint, scrub,and/or wax floors. Ensures building entrances are clean. Performsrelated tasks as assigned.
10. Data EntrySpecialist - May operate alphanumerical keypunch, optical markreader, CRT/PC machines, reader printer, and other related equipment.Maintains records and forms. Uses judgment in interpretation ofmaterials. Performs related tasks as assigned.
11. Driver -Operates university cars, trucks, or buses on or off campus.Responsible for checking the condition of and reporting the need forservice of the behicle. Must possess a valid driver's license and/orchaffeur's license. Performs related tasks as assigned.
12. EquipmentTechnician - Operates/sets up/maintains specialized equipment for aUniversity or Medical Center department. May include art, audio-visual,mechanical, medical, computer, laboratory, or other equipment. Performsrelated tasks as assigned.
13. Health Aide -Assists health professionals with examinations/procedures asinstructed. Accepts responsibility for care, maintenance, and cleaningof equipment and/or examination rooms. Obtains accurate patientinformation and communicates it to health professionals. Maintainsconfidential patient records. May perform limited clerical duties;ordering and/or restocking supplies as needed. Performs related tasksas assigned.
14. Kitchen/Dining/CateringAssistant - Assists full-time staff in cafeterias, kitchens, anddining rooms. Includes preparing, supplying, and serving foods andbeverages; checking meal cards, bussing, cleaning, and maintainingkitchen/dining room facilities. Takes orders for meals, serves guests,and calculates itemized charges. Delivers/picks up food and equipmentfrom campus locations. Requres driver's license and ability to lift upto 50 lbs. 15. LaboratoryAssistant - Involves cleaning and care of laboratory apparatus. Mayassist in the general care of persons, animals, or specimens. Assistswith all routine laboratory duties. May perform literature reviews andwork with computerized databases. Performs related tasks as assigned.
16. Library Aide- Because of the interaction and interchange of many job duties, theLibrary Aide may have responsibilities in several of the followingareas: bibliographic checker, clerk, desk attendant, monitor, proctor,shelver/shelf reader, and typist. 17. Mail Clerk/Courier- Sorts, processes, and issues mail, supplies, and materials. May pickup, deliver, load, and unload mail. Performs related tasks as assigned.
18. MaintenanceAssistant - Maintains and performs minor repair of equipment usedin shops, laboratories, and classrooms. Requires mechanical ability andmanual dexterity. Performs related tasks as assigned.
19. Office Assistant- Duties are not limited to, but may include, monitoring receptionarea, filing, sorting, photocopying, collating, maintaining records,light clerical work, deliveries, running errands, giving information,answering telephones, unpacking materials, or operating office machines(including computers) and equipment. Performs related tasks asassigned.
20. Parking/SecurityAttendant - May patrol parking areas, identify traffic violates,and/or write traffic citations. May act as traffic control for specialevents on campus. May escort students/faculty/staff throughout campus.Performs light clerical work. Performs related tasks as assigned.
21. Research Assistant- Assists in supervised research activities. Aids in maintainingequipment and with collecting data. Performs computer data entry andanalyses. Performs related tasks as assigned.

24. Teaching Aide- Assists in all aspects of proctoring and grading of tests, keepingrecords, arranging equipment, and distributing materials forinstructional and departmental purposes. Performs related tasks asassigned.
25. TelecommunicationsOperator - Receives/routes telephone calls. Supplies generalinformation, maintains records, assists with general tasks and operatesnecessary equipment. Performs related tasks as assigned.
26. Tour/InterviewGuide - Takes groups of people to various locations on or offcampus. Describes facilities and their uses, answers questions aboutthe campus. May direct medical residents for interviews. Performsrelated tasks as assigned.
27. Tutor -Teaches individuals specific subject matter in one-on-one or smallgroup private sessions. Performs related tasks as assigned.
