Brief Bio:

Experience: Professor Vrooman joined Vanderbilt from Rice University (1999); previous positions: Louisiana State University (1990-94), University of Utah (1980-89), University of Montana (1976-77); University of Texas (1974-76).
Education: Ph.D. University of Texas at Austin, 1976; scholarship athlete, Kansas State University, 1964-68; St. Mark's School of Texas '64.
