I am Director of Undergraduate Studies in Economics, chaired the Vanderbilt Faculty Senate (2000-2001) and am consultant to potential electronic publishers in academia. I have a continuing interest in policy issues. I serve on the Curriculum Committee of the College of Arts and Science.

I am the Director of the American Economic Association website for undergraduates. Undergraduate Economics provides information useful for students who are considering studying in economics in college as well as students who are already engaged in the subject. The site provides information about current issues, finding and using ideas in economics, developing basic skills, and pursuing careers.
