Registration

Registration begins March 31st. Forms will not be accepted before that date.Please complete all 4 forms of the Registration Packet. Registration Packet includes:  Registration Form, Release of Liability by parent/guardian, Rock Wall Liability Form, and Acknowledgement Form.  Space is limited to 140 children, so register soon! CampVandy requires a $25.00 deposit (non-refundable and non-transferable) for each week chosen. Deposits must be collected at the time of registration.  Please note that the $25.00 deposit is a portion of the weekly fee(s) and not anaddition fee. The remaining balance (including fees for care services) is due the first day of camp between the hours of 7:00am and 9:15am for each week your child is enrolled. Registrations may be mailed or returned in person to the Office of Campus Recreation between 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.

The cost is $125 per week for Vanderbilt employees, and $135 per week for the community and surrounding areas per week per child. We also off a daily rate of $40 per day per child for all registrants. Cost includes special activities, arts and crafts, kids climb, a camp t-shirt, two snacks and drinks each day. Children will be required to bring their own lunch.

                         

Daily enrollment if available, is $40 per day and the $25 deposit is not applied to daily rate,plus any additional care services. Please note that preference will be given to those signing up for entire weekly sessions. Daily enrollment will be accomodated only after weekly patrons are accomodated.
