PLEASE NOTE: The Office of Campus Recreation is not responsible for registration forms left at the front desk or under the door.  Registration forms may be mailed or dropped off in the office with office personnel during office hours only 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Registration begins April 1, 2009. NO Forms will be accepted before that date. We do not accept faxed forms. Please complete all forms within the Registration Packet. For your records, please make a copy of your child's registration form before bringing or mailing to the Office of Campus Recreation. Registration Packet includes:  Letter, Registration Form, Behavior Expectations and Discipline Policy,Youth Program Policy, Health History, Release of Liability by parent/guardian, Rock Wall Liability Form, and Frequently Ask Questions.  Space is limited to 140 children, so register soon! Payments must be paid in full during the registration of your child. Registrations may be mailed or returned in person to the Office of Campus Recreation between 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.

The cost is $135 per week/per child for Vanderbilt employees (Parent, sibling, grandparent, step-parent, step-sibling, step-grandparent), and $150 per week/per child for the community and surrounding areas. We also offer a daily rate of $50 per day/ per child for all registrants. Cost includes special activities, arts and crafts, kids climb, a camp t-shirt, two snacks and drinks each day. Children will be required to bring their own lunch.

Late Fee
If you register your child for a week that has already started, you will be charged a $25 late fee for each child. However, if your child is already participating in camp and you are wanting to sign them up for the following week, you have until Wednesday by 5pm during the prior week to do so otherwise you will be assessed $25.                      

Daily Rate
If available, is $50 per day plus any additional care services. Please note that preference will be given to those signing up for entire weekly sessions. Daily enrollment will be accommodated only after weekly patrons are accommodated.
