Space is limited, so sign up early to reserve your spot!

Registration begins April 1, 2009. Forms will not be accepted before this date. Our camp accommodates up to 140 participants. CampVandy offers 10 weeks of excitement and fun that is tailored for children 5-12 years of age. (Child(ren) Must Be 5 Years Of Age Before They Can Participate In CampVandy) Campers may be registered for the whole 10 weeks, or pick certain weeks. There is a deposit of $50 for each week your child participates(Please remember that the deposits for each week applies towards your weekly camp fee. However, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable). Deposits or the entire amount must be paid by cash or check only upon registration. CampVandy registration fees are $135 for the Vanderbilt Employees (Employees: Parents, grandparents, foster parents, sibling, step-parent, step-sibling, step-grandparent), and $150 for non-Vanderbilt Community. Vanderbilt Employees must show Vanderbilt ID.

Registration
Registration will be taken in the Office of Campus Recreation Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, beginning April 1, 2009. No forms mailed in or turned in will be accepted before this date. We do not accept faxes.

The cost is $135 per week for all Vanderbilt employees, and $150 per week for the community and surrounding areas. Children are required to bring their own lunch. The price for camp does not include before and after care services. Payments are made by cash or check only. We do not offer payroll deduction or payment by credit cards. (The cost includes special activities, arts and crafts, kids climb, a camp t-shirt, two snacks and drinks each day).

Late Fee
If you register your child for a week that has already started, you will be charged a $25 late fee for each child. However, if your child is already participating in camp and you are wanting to sign them up for the following week, you have until Wednesday by 5pm during the prior week to do so otherwise you will be assessed $25.

Early Care / After Care
For your convenience, we offer early care and after care services to better fit your schedule. Early and after care has a fee of $5 per care per day, or $25 per week per care. However, we do not offer refunds or transfers for these additional cares.

Early Care Hours: 7am-8:30am
After Care Hours: 4pm-6pm
