Space is limited, so sign up early to reserve your spot!

Registration begins March 31, 2008 Forms will not be accepted before this date. Our camp accommodates ut to 140 participants weekly. CampVandy is 10 weeks of excitement and fun that is tailored for children 5-12 years of age. Campers may register for the whole 10 weeks, or select certain weeks. There is a requirement of a $25.00 deposit non-refundable and non-transferable for each week your child is enrolled. This deposit is a portion of the weekly fee and not an additional charge.

* The Student Recreation Center will be closed July 4th and the week is prorated*

Registration
Registration will be taken in the Office of Campus Recreation Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, beginning March 31, 2008. No forms mailed in or turned in will be accepted before this date.

The cost is $125 per week per camper for all Vanderbilt employees, and $135 per week for community and surrounding areas. We also offer a daily rate of $40 per day. Children are required to bring their own lunch. The price for camp does not include before and after care services. Payments are made by cash or check only. We do not offer payroll deduction or payment by credit cards. (The cost includes special activities, arts and crafts, kids climb, a camp t-shirt, two snacks and drinks each day).

CampVandy requires a $25 deposit (non-refundable and non-transferable) for each week your child is attending camp. All deposits are collected during the time of registration. Please note that the $25 deposit is a portion of the weekly camp fee, and not an additional charge.

Late Fee
If you sign up your child for a week that has already begun, you will be charged a $25 late fee for each child. For example: You sign you child up for week F during week F, it is considered a late registration which will be charged a late fee.

Early Care / After Care
For your convenience, we offer early care and after care services to better fit your schedule. Early and after care has a fee of $5 per care per day. However, we do not offer refunds or transfers on
