Fitness Training

Weight Training Classes

You will be directed through a workout plan, learn proper safety and techniques and you will learn new methods of weight training. The class meets in the Weight Room. Space is limited! Dates and times are posted in the Rec Center. Sign-ups in the Fitness Center. Call Becky Spires for more info at 343-6627.6th. Tuesdays at 5:30.
