Reponsible for scheduling Ingram Hall, Turner Hall, Ingram Lobby,
Instrumental Rehearsal Hall, and Choral Rehearsal Hall. Works closely
with the Supervisor of Technical Services, Director of External
Relations and Concert Manager. Distributes regular calendar update
information to all faculty, staff, students and to website for public
information. Serves on Calendar and Concert Committees.

Designs productions for Vanderbilt Opera and concerts. Former staff

Mockingbird Public Theatre, Nashville Shakespeare Festival, and
Tennesse Dance Theatre. Lighing Designer for Tenessee Rep, Nashville
Opera Association, Mockingbird Public Theatre,Governor's School
for the Arts, Acme Dance Company.

elective credit. Assists in the preparation of the Schedule of
Courses, revision of Blair academic publications, preparation of
degree audits for Blair juniors, and the review of Blair students'
academic standings. Prepares graduation audits for Blair seniors
and audits music minors and second majors for certification at
graduation. Serves as liaison to the Vanderbilt University
Registrar's office.

as secretary to the Dean, performing administrative office duties,
including maintaining Dean's calendar (making appointments for faculty,
staff, students, and visitors), answering telephone calls, and processing
correspondence. Supervises staff secretaries. Coordinates office
operations and shares in general office duties as needed.

as budget officer and accountant for the school. Assists the Dean
with financial analysis and financial reports. Supervises administrative
staff and oversees hiring of staff. Coordinates submission of budget
to the Provost Office for the school. Maintains budgets for each
department and updates departmental coordinators of budget status
during each semester. Oversees student account billings. Responsible
for processing of payroll for faculty, staff, and students. Oversees
processing of financial forms for the school (check requests, 1180's,
purchase orders, and plant work orders).

students and parents and other administrative projects. Coordinates
and manages special events. Purchases promotional speciality items.
Supervises Concert Manager and four Stage Managers. Represents the
school at information fairs and local arts meetings.

all Blair School concerts and schedules events in the Steve and
Judy Turner Recital Hall on the Vanderbilt campus. Serves as liaison
between radio/television and Blair performing faculty. Handles production
of all printed concert and special event programs. Responsible for
production of the Blair Calendar of Events and updates the Blair
mailing lists. Manages the Blair referral list and arranges faculty
and student performances. Works closely with the Director of Public
Relations, Dean, Associate Dean, Assistant to the Dean, Administrative
Officer and Director of Development.
