The Alexander Technique (MUSO 162) is an internationally recognized method for learning to identify and correct physical problems caused by tension, muscle strain, inappropriate position, careless use of the body, and poor posture. This course, taught by Phyllis Richmond, deals with tension reduction, coordination, ease, and poise. Observe what you do. Learn not to do what interferes. Learn how to direct yourself in a better way.
