MusL 242 Banquet of the Oath of the Pheasant

and the Blue Fish

Created by Cynthia Cyrus on October 21, 1999

I vow, by the sign of the Pheasant
and the body of the Blue Fish
to undertake a pilgrimage to the Central Library
in pursuit of further knowledge

Verily, we sang the L'homme arme. (This is an .mpg file, and a bit bulky.) Our performance may not have had polish, but it had spirit. What kind of spirit? Judge for yourself.

We also partook of a variety of banquet activities, establishing appropriate ambiance, eating appropriate food, and listening to our colleagues delight us with tender strains. For a few photos, click on the links below. Sorry about the loading time--but at least the pictures are available. Enjoy!
