A Minor in Jewish Studies

The minor in Jewish studies requires completion of the following: 

1. Core Area (9 hours or a minimum of 3 courses from the following:

Religious Studies 108, 112, 222, 226, 227, 228, 229; PHIL 211

2. Comparative Religion (3 hours or a minimum of 1 course from the following:

Religious Studies 131, 140, 202, 234, 235, 237, 248; SOC 246

3. Elective (3 hours or a minimum of 1 course from the following:

An additional course from 1 or 2 above, or Hebrew 111b (or one course beyond Hebrew 111b for students who come with advanced placement in Hebrew).
